Application Process:

• Locate the unit you wish to submit an application for and select "Apply Now"
• All prospective tenants age 18 years and older, must apply with their own email address; $25.00 application processing fee per applicant. Application fees are non-refundable.  Applications are not transferrable between units.
• The following items will be needed in order to submit a complete application:
• State-Issued Photo Identification
• Social Security Number
• For the safety of all tenants, a thorough credit and background check will be completed on each applicant.

Pay Online

A Store Lock has recently implemented AppFolio management software to better serve our customers.  In order to create your unique tentant portal, please request access to your residential portal by email.  From your portal, you will be able to make payments online, see your current balance, request unit maintenance, and much more.

Security Deposit Process

Once an application is approved, a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent will need to be submitted to remove the unit from the market. Once your unit is cleared out and the key is returned to our office, we will process your deposit refund.
