  3. On what days and times can I access my unit?
    A Store Lock is conveniently open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Although the units do not have interior lighting, exterior lighting illuminates the grounds at sundown.

  4. What is the length of the lease?
    One month is the minimum length required to lease any unit. You are welcome to stay as long as you need the unit after the initial 30 days of rental.

  5. Is there a long-term commitment to rent a unit?
    No, there is not a long-term commitment to rent a unit. We only require a one month minimum stay.

  6. Is there a deposit?
    Yes, we charge a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent.

  7. What is the total amount due?
    Initially, we ask for the first month's rent along with a one month deposit.

  8. How do I get my deposit back?
    It's easy to receive your deposit back, once you exit the unit. First remove all of your belongings, sweep the unit clean, return the lock and key to the office along with your forwarding address. We will return your deposit to you once your payment history is finalized.

  9. What must I do at the end of the lease?
    After the initial 30 days of your lease, you can end your commitment at any time. When you decide to leave, please call the office (814-898-3800) and inform our staff when you are exiting.

  10. Are the units heated?
    The units are not heated. They are clean, dry and easily accessible.

  11. Is there electrical power within the units?
    No, we do not provide electrical power.

  12. Do you plow snow in the winter, so I can access my unit?
    Yes, we snowplow the lot as needed.

  13. Do you provide the lock or do I?
    We will gladly provide a lock and key or you can provide your own.
